What Is Bella Boot Camp?
Bella Boot Camp is a structured, invigorating fitness vacation and weight loss camp at the beach. Set in a small group environment, this boot camp will push you to the limit but have you smiling the entire way. Bella Boot Camp consists of 5 hours of working out each full day (Half/Beginner Package Available – 3 Hours Each Full Day) and incorporates many different fitness disciplines and mind body classes into the daily schedule.
Our guests attend this camp for many reasons: to get re-motivated into fitness, weight loss, challenge current fitness level, shape & tone, experience an active fitness vacation and to rejuvenate mind & body! We aim to promote an overall sense of better fitness and wellness for our guests after completing Bella Boot Camp. Get inspired, push it to the limit and enjoy each moment of fitness with us!

Bella Boot Camp Includes:
- Standard Accommodations – King or Double Room (upgrades are available through each hotel directly)
- 3 Meals Each Full Day + Gratuities (Dinner on arrival day and breakfast on departure day included – one entree plus non-alcoholic beverage included per meal. No alcohol or additional food items included.)
- Bella Boot Camp Classes (structured schedule) – 5 Classes Each Full Day for Full Program (Half/Beginner Package 3 Classes Each Full Day – Beginner Exercisers or Those Looking for More Vacation Time), One Class on Arrival Day & Up to 3 Morning Classes on Departure Day (Classes range from Local Hikes, Beach Boot Camp, Sports Conditioning, Varied Strength and Toning Classes, Balance Training, Core Training, Varied Yoga Classes, Pilates Mat, Zumba, Belly Dance/Hip Hop Combo & More!)
- Spa or Nutrition – 1 Fifty Minute Spa Treatment at nSpa + Gratuity for the Spa -or- 1 Private Nutrition Session
- Vita Fit Guide (Fitness & Lifestyle Guide)
- Assessment on Arrival Day & Departure Day (Weight, Measurements + Body Composition )
- Small Group Atmosphere – Exclusively Limited to 12 Participants in Each Group (we may have more than one group per week)

Ability Levels & Packages
Bella Boot Camp full program is geared for those who have exercised before – advanced beginner to those who exercise regularly. Beginner Exercisers or those looking to enjoy more vacation time should consider the Half/Beginner Package or a Private Fitness Retreat.
Full Package – 5 Hours Each Full Day
Half/Beginner Package – 3 Hours Each Full Day (A selection of three classes each full day will be chosen for you. If you have requests, please let us know.)

Arrival/Departure
Arrival Days: Retreats begin on Monday, Thursday & Saturday – You can begin any length of stay (3 – 7 nights or more) on Monday, Thursday or Saturday. *If you can not arrive on one of these days and would like to arrive on a different day, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate speical arrival days.
Arrival Time: Please plan to arrive for your welcome/assessment at 2pm on your arrival day. First class is at 3pm.
Hotel Check In: 4pm (if your room is not ready when you arrive at 2pm, the hotel will store your luggage until your room is assigned.)
Departure: Final Assessment is approximately 7:30am | Clients are welcome to attend the three morning classes on departure day ending at approximately 11am (times may vary slightly).
Hotel Check Out: Official hotel check out is 11am. Late check out is is based on availability and is completely up the hotel.
