Individual Coaching

Get the support, motivation and accountability you need to reach your goals.

Availability: Begin Anytime from Anywhere (Hours of Operation 6am – 9pm EST)

Includes: Initial Assessment/Plan + 1 Follow Up Session (up to 30 mins) via phone, FaceTime or Skype. Unlimited coaching via email (ask your questions anytime). Initial assessment + follow up must be completed within 90 days.

How It Works: Email, Phone, Skype or FaceTime

  • Sign Up: Click the sign up button below to get started. Once you’ve signed up, the steps below will be completed to get you started!
  • Pre-Assessment: An assessment worksheet will be sent to you within 24 hours of signing up. Questions about your goals (short and/or long term), current eating habits, current and past health history, fitness regimen (current + past workouts/program) and stress reduction practices will be asked in order to assist your coach in understanding you and your goals.
  • Assessment: Set up a time to Email, Phone, Skype of FaceTime with your coach for your initial assessment and to develop your plan.
  • Follow Up: A Second Coaching Session (up t0 30 mins) is included and necessary to make any adjustments as well as to check in on progress.
