Our private fitness spa retreats are formulated specifically with each client’s goal, fitness level and ability in mind. This unique fitness retreat experience incorporates complete one on one fitness training ( you will be working one on one with a trainer, yoga instructor, etc.) combined with nutrition guidance and relaxing spa treatments. These retreats provide a take home plan for continued support and success.

We are all different. People come in different shapes, faces, sizes and personalities. We don’t all have the same body which means each person is exquisitely unique. This uniqueness means that each body responds differently. Finding what works for you is our goal. We strive not for the “best body” but the best body for YOU!

All levels – Beginner Exercisers, Moderate Exercisers, Advanced & Athlete Levels, Seniors
Private Retreats Include
- Accommodations (standard accommodations ~ upgrades are available through each hotel directly)
- Three Meals Daily (dinner on arrival and breakfast on departure day included) + Gratuity for Meals (one entree + non-alcoholic beverage included for each meal – no alcohol or additional food items included)
- 4 Hours of Private One on One Fitness Per Each Full Day (one session on arrival day, one session on departure day)
- Structured Schedule
- 2 Fifty Minute Spa Treatments + Gratuity for the Spa
- 1 Private One on One Session with our Registered Dietitian (This session may be swapped for one additional 50 minute spa treatment.)
- Personal Fitness Plan to Take Home

- One 30 Minute Follow Up Phone Coaching Session with Trainer (optional)
