What Is a Private Fitness Retreat?
Private fitness retreats are customized fitness vacation and weight loss retreat programs designed for each individual and his/her specific goals, fitness level and session preferences. Work one on one with our trainers and practitioners to achieve your goals. Suitable for men, women, couples or small groups of 4 – 6, private fitness retreats are fully customizable and can focus on weight loss, stress reduction, flexibility, sport specific goals, improving endurance and/or strength and more. This unique fitness retreat experience incorporates complete one on one training combined with personal guidance and a plan to take with you for home use.

How A Private Fitness Retreat Works: Focus on Your Goal
This one on one fitness retreat is the perfect way to focus on your individual goal. Our staff will work with you prior to arrival to determine your goals, health history, fitness history, session preferences and want you want to accomplish during your retreat. This information will help us in scheduling your retreat as well as providing the best experience possible.

Private Retreats Include
- Standard Accommodations – King or Double Room (upgrades are available through hotel directly)
- Three Meals Each Full Day + Gratuity (dinner on arrival and breakfast on departure day included – one entrée + non-alcoholic beverage included for each meal – no alcohol or additional food items included)
- 4 Hours of Private One on One Fitness Per Each Full Day (one session on arrival day + one session on departure day
- Assessment on Arrival Day and Departure Day (weight, measurements, body composition + fitness testing)
- Structured Schedule

Arrival/Departure
Arrival Days: Retreats begin on Monday, Thursday & Saturday
Arrival Time: Please plan to arrive for your welcome/assessment at 2pm on your arrival day. First session is at 3pm.
Hotel Check In: 4pm (if your room is not ready when you arrive at 2pm, the hotel will store your luggage until your room is assigned.)
Departure: Final Assessment is approximately 7:30am | Final Session approximately 8am
Hotel Check Out: Official hotel check out is 11am. Late check out is based on availability and is completely up the hotel.
