Private Retreats Include


  • Accommodations (standard accommodations ~ upgrades are available through each hotel directly)

  • Three Meals Daily (dinner on arrival and breakfast on departure day included) + Gratuity for Meals (one entree + non-alcoholic beverage included for each meal – no alcohol or additional food items included)

  • 4 Hours of Private One on One Fitness Per Each Full Day (one session on arrival day, one session on departure day)

  • Structured Schedule

  • 2 Fifty Minute Spa Treatments + Gratuity for the Spa

  • 1 Private One on One Session with our Registered Dietitian (This session may be swapped for one additional 50 minute spa treatment.)

  • One 30 Minute Follow Up Phone Coaching Session with Trainer (optional)

Our arrival days are Monday, Thursday, and Saturday. If you can not arrive on one of these days, please contact us for availability. We will do our best to accommodate special requests for other check in days.

Program Check In Time: 2:00pm – The program check in time allows guests to arrive and participate in the 2:00pm welcome/weigh in session as well as participate in a 3:00pm class. Hotels will store luggage if necessary to accommodate time lapses in room availability. There are changing bathrooms in both properties to accommodate a change of clothes if necessary.
Hotel Check In Time: 4:00pm (If your room is not ready when you arrive at 2pm, it will be ready by the time you are finished with your 3pm class.)

Program Check Out Time: 8:00am (approximately) You will have two classes your check out day. You will be finished by 11am at the latest.
Hotel Check Out Time: 11:00am


Our home base is the Marriott Delray Beach but we do offer two different accommodation locations. We offer Marriott Delray Beach and Residence Inn Delray Beach (within 1 block of each other). Whether you stay at the Marriott Delray Beach or Residence Inn Delray Beach, clients will be grouped together for Bella Boot Camp.

Spa Treatments are provided by nSpa onsite at the Delray Beach Marriott.

Day passes for Private Fitness Retreats are also available for $345 per day. The day pass includes 4 Private Sessions plus access to the spa, spa locker room, steam room, spa relaxation area and adults only pool. Space is limited. Please call or email for availability and reservations.
