Our Fitness Retreat Programs

Interested in learning more about our fitness retreat and weight loss programs? Vita Vie Retreat offers a number of programs for people looking to lose weight, gain strength and endurance, train for a sport specific goal as well as reduce stress. Bella Boot Camp

Bella Boot Camp is a group retreat limited to 10 people each week. This high energy, invigorating vacation, includes classes such as beach boot camp, sports conditioning, beach hikes, medicine ball blast, varied types of yoga, pilates mat, balance training and so much more! Classes are held indoors and outdoors. Enjoy being pushed to the limit in the fresh ocean breezes.

Private Fitness Retreat

Our private fitness retreats are a one on one, custom retreat experience. You’ll work individually in each session to accomplish your goals. Focus on weight loss, endurance, sport specific training, strength, stress reduction, overall fitness and more.
