Payment Schedule, Cancelation & Forms of Payment Accepted

Payment Schedule: We require full payment upon booking a retreat or coaching session.

Cancelation: Full payment is due upon booking. We require a 24 hour cancelation for all coaching services. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of that session. Cancelations made more then 24 hours in advance will result in a refund or a reschedule for that particular session. Cancelations can be made within the booking system for all coaching sessions.

We require a 14 day notice for all retreat cancelations. Full payment is due upon booking. 50% of your retreat fee is considered your deposit.

Cancelations made greater than 14 days prior to your reservation arrival date will result in a retreat credit equal to your deposit which can be applied toward a future retreat within 6 months. This credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of your cancelation.

Cancelations made less than 14 days prior to your arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit equal to 50% of your retreat fee. The remaining 50% of your retreat fee will be refunded to your original form of payment.

In the event that you are a “no show” on your retreat arrival date, your entire retreat fee will be forfeited.

Understanding Our Cancelation Policy: We commit to providing an environment that is rich in fitness education, experiences, motivation and encouragement that will help you in reaching your goals and meeting your needs. That said, early departures, no shows, and cancellations place a burden on the program.  There will be no rate adjustments or refunds for late arrivals or early departures. In addition, there will be no refunds for no shows. We strive to offer you the best overall experience; therefore, it is necessary for us to have these policies.

How to Cancel Your Retreat: All retreat cancelations MUST be sent via email. This process is to protect both the consumer as well as Vita Vie Retreat, Inc in relation to our cancelation policy.
