Know Our Policies Before You Book Your Fitness Retreat

We require a $750 Deposit per person at the time of your reservation, with the balance due 7 days prior to arrival. If you have to cancel within 7 days of your reservation arrival date, your deposit is forfeited in compliance with the Vita Vie Retreat payment policy. In addition, a 10% cancellation fee will be applied. The remainder of your retreat fee will be refunded.

Cancellations made greater than 7 days prior to your reservation arrival date will result in a retreat credit which can be applied toward a future retreat within 1 year. This credit will be valid for one year from the date of your cancellation.

In the event that you are a “no show” on your reservation arrival date, your entire retreat fee will be forfeited.

Understanding Our Cancellation Policy

We commit to providing an environment that is rich in fitness education, experiences, motivation and encouragement that will help you in reaching your goals and meeting your needs. That said, early departures, no shows, and cancellations place a burden on the program.  There will be no rate adjustments or refunds for late arrivals or early departures. In addition, there will be no refunds for no shows. We strive to offer you the best overall experience; therefore, it is necessary for us to have these policies.

How to Cancel Your Retreat

All retreat cancellations MUST be sent via email. This process is to protect both the consumer as well as Vita Vie Retreat, Inc in relation to our cancellation policy. Emails are necessary to provide time sensitive information as well as a way to track your cancellation.
