How Our Fitness Spa Retreat Menu Works

OUR MOTTO IS LIFESTYLE & HEALTHY MODERATION

We believe in safe results that are achieved from appropriate energy intake versus energy output. While our goal is to produce the best results possible for our clients (weight loss, increased energy, stress reduction and more), it is of utmost importance that results are achieved in a healthy manner. Our philosophy creates results that are sustainable when you return home. We don’t believe in drastic weight loss or starvation as this practice only sets each individual up for failure both physically and mentally.

Marriott Delray Beach has adopted a healthy Fit for You™ menu. We have compiled a menu with Marriott’s healthy items as well as additional healthy options that meet our dietary balance needs. Our menu is constructed as a learning tool assisting our guests in making the right choices while at the retreat so that the transition to at home living is clear and easy. All menu items are a healthy balance of lean protein, healthy carbohydrates such as vegetables, fruits, beans and whole grains and healthy fats. Calorie counts are listed for all items allowing guests to choose the correct items that fit into their own personal daily caloric limit which ensures that each client has enough energy as well as the right amount of calories for safe, healthy weight loss. Menu items range from 150 – 650 calories depending on individual items and breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Registered dietician is also available for one on one consultations (additional fee – or may be swapped out for one 50 minute spa treatment).
