Vita Vie Retreat’s food philosophy is based on a lifestyle approach for our fitness retreats. We believe in taking in whole, fresh, healthy foods and avoiding processed food as much as possible. We aim to produce results that are achieved from appropriate energy intake versus energy output. While our goal is to produce the best results possible for our clients (weight loss, increased energy, strength gains, stress reduction and more), it is of utmost importance that results are achieved in a healthy/safe manner. Our philosophy creates results that are sustainable when you return home.

Registered dietitian is also available for one on one consultations (additional fee – or may be swapped out for one 50 minute spa treatment).
