VITA VIE RETREAT MENU

Vita Vie Retreat’s food philosophy is based on a lifestyle approach for our fitness retreats. We believe in taking in whole, fresh, healthy foods and avoiding processed food as much as possible. We aim to produce results that are achieved from appropriate energy intake versus energy output. While our goal is to produce the best results possible for our clients (weight loss, increased energy, strength gains, stress reduction and more), it is of utmost importance that results are achieved in a healthy/safe manner.

 

BREAKFAST

  • White Albacore Tuna Salad with Fresh Fruit
  • Chef Salad

DINNER

  • Grilled Sea Scallops, Wilted Spinach, Roasted Potato
  • Grilled Salmon, Wild Rice & Asparagus
  • Filet Mignon, Steamed Broccoli & Grilled Portobello Mushrooms
  • Swordfish, Rice Medley with Grilled Peppers
  • Breast of Chicken, Green Beans and Sweet Potato Mash
