A FITNESS VACATION TO RENEW YOU
Bella Boot Camp is an intense yet refreshing fitness vacation that will push you to the limit but have you smiling the entire way! Enjoy the perfect blend of intense fitness classes and relaxing mind/body sessions to help shape and tone your body but relax your mind. Our structured retreat schedule includes classes ranging from beach boot camp, sports conditioning and medicine ball blast to core conditioning, balance training, dynamic stretching, varied types of yoga and more.
Classes are held outdoors on our beautiful beaches and at local parks. We also have an indoor studio on site for our mind body classes such as yoga, light meditations and more. A small group atmosphere, we limit our healthy getaway groups to 10 people each week.

WHO COMES TO BELLA BOOT CAMP?
Bella Boot Camp is easily adaptable to many fitness levels. Classes are geared so that everyone can work at their own pace. Whether you are a fitness aficionado or a daily walker, our small group atmosphere accommodates many (not recommended for people that have never exercised before). Our fitness vacation is open to women and men. Spend time at Bella Boot Camp and get the total body refresher that you’ve been looking for. There is nothing better than working out in the fresh ocean breezes, eating delicious healthy fare and moving, stretching and strengthening your body in ways you haven’t before.

BELLA BOOT CAMP VACATION INCLUDES
Fitness Levels – Beginner to Regular Exercisers, Intermediate + Advanced
*Those that have NEVER exercised before or have physical limitations should consider a private retreat.
- Standard Accommodations – King or Queen/Queen Room
- Healthy Meals – 3 Meals Each Full Day, Dinner on Arrival Day, Breakfast on Departure Day (One entree plus non-alcoholic beverage included per meal. No alcohol or additional food items included.)
- Gratuites for Meals
- Bella Boot Camp Classes (structured schedule) – 5 Hours of Classes Each Full Day (full program), Welcome Meeting + 1 Class on Arrival Day (both programs), 2 Morning Classes on Departure Day. You’ll experience many diverse classes from intense to very light and restorative (some feel like a spa treatment). Classes are formatted so that all levels can work at their own pace.
- Choice Of: 1 Fifty Minute Spa Treatment at Seagate Spa (gratuity included) -or- 1 Health Coaching Session

You have NO idea how much your fitness vacation improved my focus – and replenished my spirit. I am SO missing you guys and all of the intense, heavenly workouts. Monday – 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights
Thursdays – 3 nights only.

Arrival Time: 2pm Welcome Meeting | First class is at 3pm.
Hotel Check In: 3pm (if your room is not ready when you arrive at 2pm, the hotel will store your luggage until your room is assigned.)
Departure: 2 Morning Classes on Departure Day | Last Class Ends – 10am (approx.)
Hotel Check Out: 11am. Late check out is based on availability. Check with the hotel for late check out. If a late check out is not available, a locker can be arranged in the spa free of charge to change and get ready prior to departure.
