Our Menu + Food Philosophy

Vita Vie Retreat’s food philosophy is based on a lifestyle approach for our fitness retreats. We believe in taking in whole, fresh, healthy foods and avoiding processed food as much as possible. Our motto is moderation rather than deprivation. Each person is uniquely different in their physiology, psychology, and personal preferences. Because of this, our flexible food & beverage option allows each guest to be flexible and adaptable in their own choices.

 

How It Works

LOCAL DINING GUIDE:
A comprehensive local dining guide featuring healthy options from a variety of restaurants nearby will be provided. These establishments range from within one block to one mile away. Complimentary transportation within a three-mile radius can be arranged through the hotel.

INTUITIVE EATING GUIDE:
We provide each guest with an intuitive eating guide for additional information and support on healthy eating including ordering tips, portion control, and tuning into hunger and satiety. In addition, we offer a local menu guide for guests wanting to venture off property. The guide provides suggestions and ordering tips at some of the local restaurants.

MENU ORDERING TIPS:
The Menu Ordering Tips Guide provides valuable insights to assist you in making informed choices when selecting items from the menu.

MINDFUL EATING CHECKLIST:
The Mindful Eating Checklist offers guidance and suggestions to help enhance mindfulness during meal times.
